If you are new to pressure cooking this app is for you! Easily determine cook times and specific cooking details for the most common pressure cooked foods. A fantastic companion to an InstantPot or any other electric pressure cooker. This app focuses on providing calculated cooking times and practical instructions (can it be quick released?, how much liquid/min liquid is needed?). The goal is to make pressure cooking in the InstantPot (or any other electric pressure cooker) as accessible / approachable as possible and eliminate the need of looking up a cooking times table. Provides you with: - Times for all the most common pressure cooked foods - Amount of liquid needed - Cooking times based on various factors (where appropriate for the food) - Fresh - Frozen - Pre-soaked - Dried - Cooking mode - Special Instructions - If the food can be quick released The following measurements (where applicable): - cups, milliliters, fluid ounces - pounds/kilograms Food Types included: - Beans - Grains - Rice - Beef, chicken, seafood - Vegetables and fruits Note on manual/stove-top pressure cookers: cook times at pressure are applicable, however cook mode instructions (cook modes such as steam) are specific to electric pressure cookers.
